Shipping
We ship everywhere in Australia, except for PO Boxes.
Please ensure someone is home to accept and sign for the delivery of your order. If you have any special delivery instructions feel free to either add them while placing your order and we will pass them on to the delivery driver.
If no one is hoe to accept delivery, you can choose to have them leave your order in a safe spot. If not, no problems, the courier will leave a consignment note which you can choose to have them re-deliver your order at another time, or pick up the order from your nearest collection depot.
Returns Policy
We offer easy returns, within 14 days of you receiving your order. If you order arrives damaged or in the rare occasion if the incorrect item has been shipped, we will pay for the return shipping costs and make sure you have a perfect, brand new plant, tree or flower arrangement.
If you change your mind and would like to return your order, that's ok too. We do charge a return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. This covers return admin, quality checks on arrival and re-warehousing. All products being returned must be in their original box and packaging and be in brand new condition, in order to receive a refund.
Once we receive the products back at our warehouse, we can process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account. Usually the process is much quicker, but some receiving banks are quicker than others.
